Kriega US-10 / US-20 Upgrade Alloy Hook Straps Standard for all US-10 and US-20 bags manufactured after 2012.

Allows you to attach the rear bag (or a combination up to 90 litres) directly to the subframe of your bike with extreme strength. Suitable for almost all types of motorcycles, especially those with one-piece seat or bolt-on seat pad/rear rack.

Important: Even if you already have the factory belt loops under the seat, it is still recommended to use Kriega loops and attach them to the subframe, as this is several times stronger than attaching them to the plastic seat base.

Installation

Remove the seat and locate the strongest points of the frame at the rear.
If there is a plastic tray under the seat, it may be necessary to cut slits in the plastic tray to gain access to the metal frame.
Attach the 4 × 20 mm adjustable length belt loops to the strongest points of the frame.
Adjust the final length after the seat has been fitted.
When the length is ideal, feed the strap back through the adjuster to lock it in place (see diagram on the packaging).
Hook the US bag onto the eyelets, fasten the top quick-release buckle and tighten the bag securely to the motorcycle.
Always use the 2 strap keepers provided.
Make sure that the quick-release buckles are fully engaged (click).

After this upgrade, the rear bag will hold up even with a 90 litre load on an extreme off-road or long trip.
